Summer Term 2016

(N.B. No clubs on the following days: 2nd May 2016 (Bank Holiday) & 30th May 2016 – 3rd June 2016 (half term holiday)

To view details of the Summer Term Clubs please see link below. Summer Term clubs will be open to children in Reception – Year 6 in KAPS (see overview and fliers for further details). Children can also join Sherpa kids, an afterschool care facility which is open until 5:45pm daily, however, in order for the children to join they must be registered through Sherpa Kids club leader prior to club commencing.

Bookings and payments must be made via ParentPay by 18 March 2016 for all clubs except Sherpa Kids. Once your payment is confirmed, a member of the office team will confirm your child’s place in the club by w/c 21st March 2016. There are limited spaces for clubs and it will be on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. Refunds will only be given if sessions are cancelled by the club leader or the school. If you do not have a ParentPay account and are interested in any of the clubs for your child/children, please contact the school office.

Allergies, Medical and Medications

Please ensure you inform the club leaders of any allergies, medical concerns and any medications your child may be taking.


Club leaders will dismiss all pupils at the main black gates and children will only be sent home with their parents or the person specified on the booking form. Any changes to the collection of your child on the day must be notified to the club leader prior to the start of the club. However, if you are unable to reach the club leader please inform the school office by 1.30pm who will inform the class teacher/club leader. Please ensure you collect your child at the correct time.


Photographs may be taken of the children and displayed in the school and on the website. If you do not wish a photo to be taken of your child, please inform the club leader in writing. By attending these sessions, you are agreeing to your son/daughter’s photographs/videos or recordings being used either by the school.

Although the above clubs take place at Krishna Avanti Primary School please note that club leaders are responsible for their clubs. Should you have any concerns please inform the school office in writing.
